Never heard of Murano Togo? Architecture seems too difficult? Don’t worry, we’ll help you understand the glory of his architecture in a fun way. Join the following workshop and/or talk show.
[Part 1] Workshop
“Let’s make a miniature model of Murano’s architecture using tatebanko, a traditional paper diorama dating from the Edo period!”

Outline This workshop explains the architectural works of Murano Togo through the process of assembling (using a cutter knife or scissors) tatebanko kits prepared by Mr. Date Nobuaki, an artist.

Capacity 20 people (Prior application is required.)
Fee 1,000 yen (including the cost of materials)

Gallery tour guided by a curator
The curator in charge of the exhibition will accompany visitors and briefly explain the exhibits.
